Simple Life Weight Loss App Secretly Charges $41 Overseas Premium Fee

I subscribed to the Simple Life weight loss program for a nominal fee of around $7, intending to use only this low-cost membership. However, on August 2, 2026, at 8:26 AM, I received a notification on my Garanti card showing that an overseas transaction (Dover/USA) of $41 was charged to my account under the name "Simple Premium."

I had no desire to upgrade to a Premium membership; this $41 charge was made without my request, consent, or knowledge. I never performed any action to purchase a Premium membership through the app or any other channel. As an iPhone user, I learned as of this morning that the app is not even available on the App Store. The app does not show up in my phone's "Subscriptions" section either, and I have not created any monthly or annual subscription for it.

I emailed Simple Life to report the issue, but I received no information regarding when, how, or if they would respond. I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized "Simple Premium" charge and a full refund of $41 to my Garanti account as soon as possible.
