Simple Premium Subscription Not Fully Canceled and Still Charging

I was using the Simple Premium app on Android. Even though I completely deleted my account in September, charges are still being made to my credit card. Specifically, I was charged twice—on October 13 and November 13—each for $49 + $49 = $98 total. On my credit card statement, the transaction appears as “Simple Premium döver deus.”

I have not yet contacted customer service. I am requesting that my account be fully canceled and that these two charges made after I deleted my account be refunded to me. My registered email address is: a*****************@hotmail.com.

I expect an urgent resolution to this issue.
