Simple Life Premium Charged Me $31 Monthly Without Any Subscription
Even though I have never signed up for any membership or purchased any service from Simple Life Premium, my Garanti Bank credit card has been charged $31 every month for the past 5 months under the description “Electronic Simple Premium.” I am completely unaware of these charges and have not given any approval, signed any agreement, or created any subscription.
I tried to contact Simple Life Premium customer service regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response. I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges and that any related subscription or payment process be immediately canceled to prevent this from happening again.
I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
