Unauthorized Subscription Charges From Simple Premium Life
For the past 3–4 months, the company Simple Premium Life has been charging my Yapı Kredi credit card approximately $31 without my permission as part of a subscription service. I initially accessed the site through an advertisement, but I do not recall giving any approval for a membership or payment. I have not used any services or products under this subscription.
Since the company’s customer service and communication channels are entirely in English, I have been unable to properly explain my issue or find a solution. Additionally, I cannot find any customer or subscriber number related to these charges on my credit card statements.
I am requesting an immediate refund of all unauthorized payments and the cancellation of this subscription.
