Cancellation Request Of Subscription For Simple Life

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my bank card for something described as “SIMPLE WEIGHTLOSS” and “SIMPLE WORKBOOKS.” I do not recall ever signing up for this program or service, and I have never used, accessed, or benefited from anything related to it. The first time I noticed these charges was on 08/23/2026. So far, a total of 35.99 USD has been taken from my bank card for this unknown service. I did not give informed consent for this subscription, and I consider these to be unauthorized charges. I request that this “Simple Weight Loss”–related subscription be identified and immediately cancelled, and that all amounts taken from my card, totaling 35.99 USD, be fully refunded to me. I also ask that you ensure no further charges are made to my bank card without my explicit consent.
