On December 8, 2025, I noticed a charge of $31 on my QNB credit card with the description “Simple Premium,” which was made without my knowledge or consent. I have no membership, subscription, or purchase associated with Simple Premium.
Due to this unauthorized transaction, I am requesting a full refund of the $31 charged to my card. I also request that all necessary security measures and blocks be put in place immediately to prevent any future charges from Simple Premium or “Simple Premium Döver” on my card.
