Simple Life App Charged Me $131 Without Any Subscription
Even though I have never created any membership or subscription with the Simple Life app, I discovered that money has been regularly charged from my debit card without my authorization. On my bank statement, these transactions appear as “international purchase – simple Premium,” including one charge of $31 and two charges of $50 + $50).
I did not approve any of these transactions, I did not knowingly sign up for the app, and I did not receive any notification about these charges. These deductions were made entirely without my knowledge or consent, and they have caused me financial harm.
I am requesting that all unauthorized charges be fully refunded, that any memberships or subscriptions opened under my name be immediately canceled, and that my debit card information be completely removed from their system.
