I Never Signed Up but Simple Premium Keeps Charging Me

I recently discovered that my Enpara card has been charged $12 every month under the name “Simple Premium,” without my knowledge or consent. These charges have been ongoing since around August 7, and I don’t even know what Simple Premium is—I never signed up for any membership or subscription.

I am requesting that these unauthorized charges be urgently investigated, that all amounts deducted from my account so far be fully refunded, and that any related subscription or membership be completely canceled. I also expect a clear and written explanation regarding these unauthorized transactions.
