Unauthorized $31 Charge From Simple Life After Free Trial
I signed up for the Simple Life app as a free user. At the end of one month, $31 was charged to my card without my knowledge. I was not informed in any way—no SMS, email, or notification—that this charge would be made. I only noticed it while reviewing my card transactions.
I am requesting a refund of my money, as I will not be using the service. I have already canceled my subscription and disabled automatic payments.
