Siemens Washing Machine WG52A2Z0TR Makes Loud Banging Noise

On March 17, 2025, I bought a Siemens washing machine with the number WG52A2Z0TR. Since then, the machine makes a banging sound whenever it goes into the spin cycle, especially when washing white clothes. When the drum spins, it sounds like something inside is hitting a part of the machine. This noise gets louder with each spin. I called the official service twice about this problem. The worker set the machine to spin, but as you might guess, the noise didn't happen while he was there. He said there was no problem and said the noise might be caused by an uneven load spread. The machine was still under protection, but I was charged ₺750 for the visit, and the problem wasn't fixed. The problem kept happening and got worse with each wash. I saved the sound to show that there was a problem and called the service again. The tech looked at the video and said the sound might be coming from not having enough clothes in the drum. He told me that the machines were great and that the noise would go away if I put more towels or bathrobes in them. He then left without giving me a real answer. But it's clear that the machine can only hold so much, so I won't fill it up too much. There are times when I wash 5 kg and times when I wash 10 kg. There are only two of us, and I've been a housewife for fifty years. I shouldn't have to hang up dirty clothes for weeks before I can run a full load. The same type is owned by a friend of mine. She and her husband are new parents and don't do much laundry, but they've never had this problem. I'm scared to use the machine because I think it will break down. Even worse, I haven't gotten any real help even though I chose a well-known name. They can hear the banging sound because it's so loud. I no longer think the technicians are trying to fix problems; they just say things over and over again and seem to be affected negatively by the company headquarters. I am sure that the problem is not with the distribution of clothes but with a mechanical fault. I need my problem to be taken care of right away, and I need the machine to be fixed properly. Thanks.
