On November 28, 2025, at around 9:37 PM, I purchased a weekly Pro subscription in the Shortmax app by paying with my card. The payment was successfully charged to my card, but after the purchase, I encountered a serious issue when I tried to manage or cancel my subscription.
When I attempted to cancel my subscription, no active subscription appeared in the Store / subscription management section. Because of this, I do not have the ability to cancel my subscription myself as I normally should. The fact that my card was charged but my subscription does not appear in the system makes me feel unsafe and leaves me with no control over the subscription.
My customer number is 163774722. I am fully aware that the package I purchased was a weekly Pro subscription that should be cancelable at any time, and that was my expectation. However, since my subscription does not appear in the system, I cannot take any action.
Therefore, my request is that my subscription remain active for one week only and that it does not renew automatically under any circumstances once the weekly period ends. I am not requesting a refund; I only want my subscription to be fully terminated after the one-week period and for no automatic renewal or additional charges to be made to my account.
I kindly request that the necessary checks be carried out regarding this issue and that I be provided with clear written confirmation that my subscription will be canceled at the end of the one-week period.
