Shortmax Weekly Pro Subscription Won’t Appear for Cancellation

Today, I purchased a weekly Pro subscription through the Shortmax website. However, when I tried to cancel my subscription, it does not appear in the Store subscription section, and I am unable to complete the cancellation process. The payment was successfully charged to my card, but I cannot cancel my subscription in any way. My customer number is 161413097.

My subscription should be a package that can be canceled at any time. However, since my subscription does not appear in the system, I am unable to take any action. I request that my subscription remain active for one week only and that it does not renew automatically once the weekly period ends—in other words, that my subscription be fully canceled at the end of one week. I am not requesting a refund; I am only asking that my subscription be terminated after the one-week usage period.
