Shortmax Blocks Subscription Cancellation After In-App Card Payment

I purchased a weekly Pass Pro package in the Shortmax app and want to cancel my subscription, but there is no cancellation option anywhere in the app. I downloaded the app on my iPhone and made the payment directly within the app by entering my card details. The package shows an end date of December 2, 2025, but there is no cancel button or subscription management section available to terminate the subscription.

As of today, I have searched the app multiple times for a cancellation menu or option, but I could not find one. The app also does not include any support, help, contact, or customer service section, so I cannot contact Shortmax directly. My subscriber number shown in the system is 167759889.

I request that my Shortmax subscription be canceled immediately, that only the current one-week package fee be charged, and that no further charges be made to my card under any circumstances. If any additional charges are deducted from my card, I request that those amounts be refunded. I ask that this matter be reviewed urgently and that the necessary actions be taken to terminate my subscription and remove my card information from the system.
