Shortmax Ignores Cancellation Requests and Keeps Subscription Active

I want to cancel my subscription in the Shortmax app, but there is no cancellation option available within the app. I have been experiencing this issue for about three weeks and have been unable to cancel my membership. I contacted the support team at s************@shorttv.live**, but I have not received any response.
On November 15, 2025, I made a payment of approximately $15 USD through my Android phone, and my subscription is still active as a paid membership. I request that my subscription be canceled and, if applicable, that any overcharged amount be refunded. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
