Shortmax TV Won’t Let Me Cancel Subscription and Keeps Charging My Card

I purchased a one-week membership from Shortmax TV. Before the subscription period ended, I wanted to cancel it; however, because my Shortmax TV subscription does not appear in the email account I used to sign up, I was unable to cancel the membership in any way. Despite this, the subscription continues to renew automatically, and renewal fees keep being charged to my debit card.

I purchased my initial membership about one week ago, and yesterday was the last day of that period. On December 13, 2025, my subscription was renewed, and my card was charged again. My registered account number is 146201531. Even though I have emailed their support addresses multiple times, I have received no response, and the issue remains unresolved.

I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that all amounts charged to my card without my consent be fully refunded.
