Shiny Force Won’t Process My Return or Respond to Emails – No Customer Support

I ordered a sweatshirt from Shiny Force, but it was too big. The company claims to offer a 14-day free return policy, yet there are no return options available in their app. I also tried reaching their customer service by phone, but none of the listed numbers work. I emailed them multiple times, but I have yet to receive a response.

To make matters worse, right after I purchased the item, they dropped the price, which feels unfair. I simply want to return the sweatshirt as per their policy, but Shiny Force is making it impossible. This is unacceptable! They need to honor their return policy and provide proper customer support.
