My Shiny Force Order Still Not Shipped After Weeks
I placed an order for a sweatshirt from a brand called Shiny Force about two weeks ago—almost three weeks now. Despite all this time passing, my order still hasn’t been shipped and the system continues to show it as “order received.” My order number is 37425.
Throughout this process, I have tried multiple times to reach the company. I messaged them on WhatsApp, called by phone, and sent emails, but I couldn’t get a response through any channel. There has been no update and no explanation about the delay. This level of silence and negligence has caused significant frustration.
As a customer who simply wants to receive the product they ordered on time, I request that my sweatshirt be shipped immediately and that clear information, including tracking details, be provided to me.
