Shiny Force Sweatshirt Too Small, No Response for Exchange Request

-I purchased a sweatshirt from Shiny Force, but the size is too small for me. I immediately reached out to their WhatsApp number and Instagram account to request an exchange, but no one has responded to my messages.
The lack of customer service is extremely frustrating. I followed their contact instructions, yet I’ve been completely ignored. Now I’m stuck with a sweatshirt that doesn’t fit and no way to resolve the issue.
I expect Shiny Force to respond to my messages and provide a solution for exchanging the sweatshirt for the correct size. Ignoring customers after a purchase is unacceptable, and I urge them to address this matter promptly.
