Shiny Force Clothing Not Sending My Order
On November 19, I ordered a hooded sweatshirt from the Shiny Force clothing store and paid $37 USD with my credit card. Even though the transaction appears on my statement, my order still has not been shipped, and I have not received any information about it.
I tried multiple times to contact the store by phone and message, but I never received a response. I also wrote through their website and social media accounts, yet I still received no reply—no tracking details, no shipping updates, and no explanation regarding my order status.
I request that the product I paid for be shipped immediately and that my tracking details be provided to me. If the product will not be shipped, then the $37 USD I paid should be refunded to my card.
