Missing Shiny Force Sweatshirt Order and Unresponsive Customer Service
I ordered a sweatshirt set from Shiny Force two months ago, but my package still hasn't been delivered. The shipping company reportedly returned it, and Shiny Force reprocessed the order. However, I received no updated tracking number or information on the status of my order.
Each time I contact customer service, I’m told, “It will arrive this week,” yet nothing changes. The lack of accountability and follow-up from Shiny Force is incredibly frustrating. I feel ignored as a customer, and there seems to be no urgency to resolve this issue.
I demand immediate action to locate my order and ensure it is delivered without further delay. Proper communication and a resolution are long overdue.
