Dissatisfied with Shell Customer Service
Hello. We've been fueling our personal and company vehicles at Shell for a long time. Curious about the difference between the points in the email and the points deducted from the system when buying fuel, I called your customer service on 03/01/2024 at 15:40. I felt uncomfortable due to the attitude and demeanor of a lady named '*****ah' who answered. Instead of providing information to the customer, I believe she displayed a rude attitude. The raised tone of voice and the responses surprised me. I have never encountered such a situation before. If you listen to the conversation records at the specified time, you can understand the negative attitude I experienced. Due to the behavior of your representative, both I and the vehicles owned by our company will no longer use Shell. If you track our license plate information, you can see that we no longer visit Shell stations. I suggest improving the attitude of the employees in your call center so that other customers do not have to give up Shell for the same reason.
