Total App Not Working, My Fuel Purchase Points Not Registered
Even though I left many requests on the call me button in the application, I did not receive a call even once. I contacted customer service on 27.11.2023 and sent an e-mail the next day. I received a message stating that a registration was created with the number 1020908, but I did not receive a call back today, as of 07.12.2023. I called a few more times and the customer representative Ms. D*****said it was fixed, but I bought 500 TL worth of fuel to try it and it still hasn't been fixed, only 0.42 TL points were added. I request that my grievance be resolved and that I be informed as soon as possible.
