Complaint About Renault Ankara Sales Consultant
Dear Sir/Madam, On August 26, 2024, I visited your Renault Mais branch in Ankara and met with Sales Consultant S*** T***. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with his attitude and behavior. S*** T*** not only failed to provide sufficient information about the vehicles but also displayed a lack of interest and disregard for customer satisfaction. Following this negative experience, I attempted to contact him and your dealership by phone, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. This situation has seriously shaken my confidence in your brand and negatively impacted my decision to purchase a vehicle from Renault. In order to regain my trust in your brand, I kindly request that you conduct the necessary investigations and take appropriate actions regarding S*** T***'s conduct.
