Coin Master Complaint Unresolved

I am writing regarding an issue with the Coin Master Speed Stars weekly event. In Round 2 of this event, the Red Team was declared the winner, and there were two winners on the Red Team. However, the winning rewards for Round 2 have not been credited to either of these two Red Team winners. Round 2 ended on 2 November 2026 at around 20:22, Kuala Lumpur / Selangor time. Both players actively participated in the event, and the leaderboard clearly showed Red Team as the winner along with the corresponding rewards, but despite this, no rewards were added to their accounts. I have already contacted Coin Master support about this situation but have not received any response so far. I kindly request that you investigate why the winning rewards for Round 2 of the Speed Stars event were not credited to the Red Team winners and ensure that the correct rewards are granted to the affected accounts.
