SHEIN Order Arrived in the Country, Delivery Info is Misleading

the order number EV035359947CN, I'd like to address an issue. the tracking info says that the stuff got sent back 'cause of customs stuff, from what I see the stuff made it to the delivery country, but I still haven't gotten my refund for sending them back. I've been keeping a close eye on the shipment using the cargo tracking system, and it looks like the products arrived in the destination country a few days ago. But, even though the stuff has arrived, they still haven't started the refund process. I get that customs clearance can be a pain and cause delays, but it's been a while since the products were sent back. I really need that refund, considering all the hassle and waiting I've already gone through.
