My Shein Order Stuck in Customs, Unable to Receive Items and Requesting Refund
I placed an order with Shein on August 15, with the tracking number EV0534**860CN. The items have still not arrived, and I’ve been informed that they are currently held in customs due to a change in regulations. I was told that I would need to hire a customs broker to retrieve my items, which I find unreasonable. I am requesting a full refund to my bank account as I am unable to receive my order under these circumstances. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved promptly as this situation has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. Please process my refund as soon as possible.
