My Shein Order Still Not Delivered After a Month
On September 14, I ordered a shirt from Shein for ₺796.93. My order was supposed to be delivered via Pal Taşıma / Bertiz Group. My order number is GSO13Q27F00021G, and my tracking number is PALTR0001993078YQ. The delivery address is Ayvalık, Balıkesir.
It has now been over a month, yet my package still hasn’t been delivered. For the past 20 days, I’ve been receiving the same update from the courier company: “waiting for approval.” I contacted Pal Taşıma multiple times — they told me the product was shipped but returned, and they are still waiting for approval. I also reached out to Shein, but they have not provided any concrete solution.
The payment was processed immediately during checkout, yet I’ve been kept waiting this long for delivery without any clear communication. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I now demand a definite resolution — either provide a confirmed delivery date or refund my payment immediately if the product will not be delivered.
