For the past 20 days, I’ve been receiving the same update from the courier company: “waiting for approval.” I contacted Pal Taşıma multiple times — they told me the product was shipped but returned, and they are still waiting for approval. I also reached out to Shein, but they have not provided any concrete solution.
The payment was processed immediately during checkout, yet I’ve been kept waiting this long for delivery without any clear communication. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I now demand a definite resolution — either provide a confirmed delivery date or refund my payment immediately if the product will not be delivered.
