I placed an order on Shein for a total of 7 items, but the tracking information hasn’t updated since July 4 and July 7. It’s now been several days with no movement or update, and I’m starting to feel extremely anxious about the whereabouts of my package.
I understand that international shipping might take longer, but this level of delay without any update is unacceptable. There’s been no tracking progress, no estimated delivery date, and no proactive communication from Shein. I’ve tried to remain patient, but the lack of transparency has me genuinely worried about whether my order will ever arrive.
These items were important, and I was excited to receive them. However, this experience has turned into frustration and disappointment. I would really appreciate it if Shein could look into my shipment urgently, provide a clear status update, and ensure my package arrives soon. If there’s a delay due to customs or international logistics, that needs to be communicated clearly.
Please don’t leave your customers in the dark. I expect better service and immediate action.
