SHEIN Order Stuck in Return Process for Over a Month – No Updates on Refund
More than two months ago, I placed an order on the SHEIN app, and my items arrived in Turkey about a month ago. However, I was informed that I’d need to pay ₺12,500 to receive them, which seemed excessive. I decided to wait for the order to be returned instead, assuming that would be the simpler option. It’s been a month since I chose not to accept the items, but the return process seems to be at a standstill. My order is reportedly still in the processing center in China, and I haven’t received any updates on when I can expect my refund. Is there any way to get clear information on when this will be resolved? I’m very frustrated with the lack of communication on this issue and need assistance to finalize the return and refund process.

I made a purchase through the Shein app in the first week of October. I expected a refund because a tax amounting to three times my purchase total (12,500 TL) was charged. The products reached the return center, but since November 19, 2024, the return has been stuck in processing, and the refund is pending approval. I request that the refund be processed as soon as possible.
