My Shein order is stuck in customs and I can't receive it. It was quite an expensive order, so I'm pretty frustrated about it. The packages are being sent back.
I have a question: How can I get a refund for items that haven't been delivered? I'd rather have the refund credited directly to my Shein wallet. Could someone who has experienced this lend me a hand?
