Sephora Failed Returns and Humiliation
Sephora gave me the same perfume as a gift for myself and a friend. I wanted to exchange it, so I went to Izmir IstinyePark. What I witnessed there was incredible. My friend had returned the perfume the day before and received a refund for both items. The store employees attempted to take my perfume, claiming that I had brought the second item with me. I explained that it was unrelated to me and left with the perfume. In front of everyone, the female employee chased after me, accusing me of stealing the product and demanding that I return to the store. I insisted that I was unrelated to the situation, but she yelled, "Enough! "I'm sick of you!" They neither accepted nor attempted to refund my return. I called customer service, who advised me not to return to the store and promised to help. Despite my two attempts to contact Sephora customer service, they have yet to respond. My product's return period has now expired. When I brought this up with customer service, they dismissed it as unimportant. I have yet to receive a response. I was unable to return my item because your employee mistreated and humiliated me. If you do not correct this situation, I will take legal action. I will also share my experience on social media if necessary. Sephora, you truly let me down and betrayed my trust, and I will never recommend your brand to anyone else.

Customer service couldn’t resolve the issue I experienced. After a month and a half, the store manager of Sephora in İzmir İstinyePark, Ms. Gülten, resolved the issue and compensated for my inconvenience. Thanks to the exceptional attention of Ms. Şengül, who was on duty, I was able to exchange the product without any problems.
