Sephora's Unpleasant Gift Return Policy

On October 19, 2023, I received two fragrances from the Kilian and Chanel brands as a gift from Sephora. Instead of exchanging the items, I asked the store at Vadi Istanbul to load the refund amount onto a card for future use. They claimed they didn't have the cards and directed me to IstinyePark. IstinyePark has been having system issues for a month and has directed me to another store. When I contacted Zorlu, they informed me that a gift exchange card could not be loaded onto a credit card. Aqua Florya received the same response. They had completed a similar transaction in April, but now claim it never occurred. This has never happened in Sephora before. Why does Sephora at Vadi Istanbul send me to Istinye or Zorlu if they perform this process? It's complete nonsense! I urgently request that they resolve my issue and compensate me for my inconvenience!
