Sephora Turkey Sells Used Products
I received a supposed gift of a branded lipstick from the Sephora store in Ankara Tunalı in March 2023. Despite providing the credit card statement, invoices, and the delivery receipt from the courier service confirming the return's arrival at the Sephora warehouse, all sent to i***@sephora.com.tr (at least 100 times), there has been no resolution. Since the purchase was made in person at your Ankara Tunalı Hilmi store, there is no online order number. Additionally, a Sephora Card was not used during the purchase as my friend, the recipient, doesn't possess one. Upon opening the product, we discovered it was used, yet the store refused the return. Consequently, using the company's courier details, we returned the item via Yurtiçi Kargo. The product has been sitting in Sephora's warehouse since March 26, essentially rotting away. Despite numerous calls and emails, they have done nothing but stall. We are filing a formal complaint and expect our refund promptly. Please take action now!
