Sephora Miss Dior Perfume Not Returned After Quality Review Request

I sent my Miss Dior perfume to Sephora on October 12 for a quality review because its longevity was disappointing. Despite being a loyal user of this perfume for years, this one barely lasts 10 minutes, leading me to suspect it might be counterfeit. On November 3, I received a call from the Bağdat Sephora store saying, "Come and collect your product." However, I live in Hatay, far from Istanbul, so physically retrieving it is not feasible. I requested it be shipped, but their response was dismissive, saying, "Oh, how should we do that?" Despite multiple attempts to contact Sephora's online team, my product has yet to be returned. This prolonged delay and lack of resolution are unacceptable for a supposedly professional company. As a former Gold member, I will never shop at Sephora again.
