Instagram-Verified Free Fire Account Seller Scammed Me After DANA Payment

I am an Indonesian Free Fire player and Instagram user, and I would like to report that I was scammed by a Free Fire account seller whose Instagram username is “baraxsff”, which also has a blue verification badge. In the early hours of Tuesday, December 23, I transferred 100,000 IDR via DANA to purchase a Free Fire account from this person.
After I sent the money, the seller only provided an email address for the account (rrauf1***@gmail.com) but did not give me the password, which meant I could not access the account at all. Shortly after that, the seller suddenly asked for an additional payment, even though this extra fee was never mentioned beforehand. There was also no information about any extra payments in the seller’s Instagram highlights or posts showing previous buyers.
I feel clearly deceived and financially harmed by this behavior. I respectfully request that action be taken regarding this case. I ask that the Instagram account “baraxsff” and the related Free Fire account be investigated, and if a violation is confirmed, that they be blocked so that other users do not become victims of the same scam.
I also request that my 100,000 IDR payment made via DANA be refunded, as I did not receive the account I paid for and the seller changed the terms after the payment was completed. I have proof of the transfer and can provide it if needed. I hope this report is handled seriously so that similar scams do not happen to other users in the future.
