Temu Order Delayed Past Delivery Date in South Africa

I placed an order with Temu on 28 November, under order number #PO-18400041285896311688. According to the information provided by Temu, the delivery was supposed to arrive on 22 December, but it is still delayed, and I have not received my package. I am currently in South Africa, in the Northern Cape, and I have been waiting for this delivery past the promised date without any clear update. I also tried to contact Temu customer service about this delay, but I could not get through to anyone or receive a proper response. I request that Temu urgently ensure the delivery of my order to my address in the Northern Cape as soon as possible and provide me with a clear update and tracking information regarding the shipment.
