I contacted Sephora via email and phone and explained the situation. It was stated that there might be an error due to previous emails, and when I asked if my information was also sent to others, I got ambiguous answers. The lady who cared for me tried to approach the subject very sensitively, but obviously, she didn't know what to say either. Sephora has violated customer rights by carelessly sharing this information with customers. I demand a fast and fair resolution.
