On December 24th and 25th, I participated in a game through the Sephora app and won a gift code. The code was delivered to me via email, and I attempted to apply it to a basket of items that met the campaign's conditions. However, the code gave an error message and I was unable to use it. I contacted customer service and sent an email with visual proof of the issue, but received no response. I reached out again to remind them of my issue but still received no response. I called customer service again and was told they would get back to me, but they never did. I have been a loyal customer of Sephora for a long time, but this experience has left me feeling disrespected and disregarded. To make matters worse, I previously had an issue with a product not being included in my order, and even after complaining, I did not receive a resolution. Now, I am unable to use the coupon I won and Sephora is unwilling to help me resolve the issue. I love the products Sephora offers, but the way my issues have been handled is unacceptable. I demand a resolution to this problem and expect Sephora to take responsibility for their errors and provide fair compensation for the inconvenience caused. I will be sure to share my experience with others and will not be shopping with Sephora again until this issue is resolved.
