Hello. I am trying to confirm the products in my Sephora cart, but every time I enter my delivery address—despite entering it correctly multiple times—the system refuses to accept it. I keep receiving an error message saying, "The address must contain 35 characters. Please correct it."

This is incredibly frustrating because I have double-checked my address, and it meets all the required criteria. Yet, the system keeps blocking me from completing my order. I have been a loyal Sephora customer for a long time and have never faced such an issue before.

I urgently request Sephora to fix this technical problem immediately so that I can finalize my purchase without further unnecessary stress. Please take this matter seriously and provide a prompt solution!
