Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless Cronical Problems
I have bought momentum true wireless 1 at 2020 but every user will know that the model had the cronical charge problem and I sent it back. Then Bircom sent me new 2.version because the cronical charge problem made imposssible to sell version 1. After 6 months I have faced new connection problem and sent back again. Bircom sent me the 3.version and the longest using period was with the 3rd version (1 year). Last week of course I had a new problem about charging the buds. I sent again and now they said "we are sorry, your guarentee period is finished" I had never used any version of buds for 2 years. What is the meaning of their "finished" I did not understand. Their buds has the cronical problems and it is suggested to use other brands. I also use the ambeo soundbar which is very expensive compare to other competitives and I had many service problems as well.
