I have not received any information regarding the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 headset that I sent to Bircom on 06.05.2024. I believe it should have been processed and returned by now, but there has been no update. Additionally, I requested the company to either repair the headset or replace it with a working one, but unfortunately, my request has not been fulfilled. When I sent the headset, I included a note asking for it to be replaced or repaired. I hope they won't send it back to me without providing a direct refund. I am eager to have my favorite headphones, which I enjoy using, back as soon as possible.

Note: Bircom representatives were very helpful with a previous issue I had with another headset. I hope they will resolve this situation with the same dedication.
