I sent my Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 in-ear headphones to Bircom service due to noise canceling and charging issues. They decided to replace my headphones but didn’t bother to call me back, which I find unprofessional. I later found out that the replacement product wasn’t in stock and would take 4 to 6 weeks to be sent to me. It’s baffling that a product available on Sennheiser's official website isn’t in stock for service replacements. You don’t typically expect a 4-week wait for something ordered directly from their site. Over the past 5 years, the Momentum series has shown consistent issues across models, but I trusted Bircom for their quick resolutions. However, this experience has been disappointing and has significantly affected my trust in both Sennheiser and their distributor's service. What happened to your once-reliable service?
