I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum V3 model wireless inner earphones but the left earphone of the product stopped charging six months later. How can I solve this?

First, make sure the earphone is securely placed in the charging case and that the charging contacts are clean and free of debris.

If there is no problem with the charging case, examine the charging cable for any signs of wear or damage, such as frayed wires or bent connectors.

If the problem still persists, rmove the earphones from the case. Hold the power button on each earphone for about 10 seconds. Reinsert the earphones into the case and wait for them to charge.
