My Samsung Buds3 Pro Flash Red Constantly After Just 50 Days of Use

I have been experiencing charging issues with my Samsung Buds 3 Pro for about 5–6 months. I sent them to service several times before, but no problem was detected. I even provided video proof, yet no solution was offered. Later, I discovered that the charging case had a manufacturing defect, which I identified and demonstrated with video evidence myself. Despite two separate inspections by the technical team, they failed to notice this detail. Eventually, the case was replaced free of charge under warranty. Initially, only the right earbud had issues, but now both earbuds sometimes fail to charge. This problem has also negatively affected the battery, and the earbuds no longer last as long as they used to. I submitted video proof of all these issues and left the product again today at the Samsung authorized service center. My product is still under warranty. My current repair tracking number is 4290421738, and my previous one is 4285839122. I purchased the earbuds for around ₺6,000 approximately 10 months ago. After everything I have experienced, I am requesting a full replacement of my product.
