Sennheiser Distributor Sent Me A Faulty Product As A Replacement for Momentum TWS 2

Hello, I've purchased Sennheiser Momentum TWS 2 from Turkey's official distributor for Sennheiser, Bircom. While the product was still under warranty, the earphones showed signs of technical problems, which were later confirmed by Bircom to be valid and they were documented as defected products. They told me they couldn't fix the earphones, and had no remaining product so they offered to send me TWS 3. I agreed to this, these happened about 3 months ago. After that, serious problems emerged when the left earphone started beeping and produced distorted sounds. I sent it back to Bircom again, but this time they said they couldn't do anything because they regarded the warranty period for the TWS 3 to be over as they looked at the TWS 2 and offered me no service, instead they blamed the product being impossible to fix and asked me a huge sum of money to sell a new one, even though they are the ones that sent me a faulty product in the first place. I tried to contact them by e-mail, but they seem to not reconsider what I said and insist on me buying a new pair because they sent me a faulty product as a replacement.
