I recently faced issues with my Sennheiser Momentum TW2, prompting me to send it to Bircom for warranty processing. Bircom replaced it with the TW3 model, which seemed like a good resolution initially. However, the TW2 was replaced close to the end of its warranty period. After six months of using the TW3, one earbud malfunctioned, and I sent it back to Bircom. This time, they claimed the warranty had expired and repairs weren't possible. Instead, they offered to replace it with the TW4 for a hefty fee of 8,400 TL, with a one-year warranty. Considering the recurring issues reported with Sennheiser's wireless earbuds, especially the TW3, and their admission of problems with the TW4, my trust in Sennheiser's engineering has been shaken. It's clear they're not taking responsibility for their products' chronic issues.
