I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 and used it for two years. By the end of the second year, the left earbud developed a sound issue. I sent it to the authorized Turkish service center, Bircom, for repair under warranty. Instead of repairing it, they replaced it with the 3rd generation model upon my approval.
After less than a year of using the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3, the charging case functions, but the earbuds won’t charge. I sent it back to Bircom for evaluation, only to receive a response stating that the earbuds' internal components cannot be repaired and are only serviceable at the factory. They offered a replacement product for a repair cost of ₺11,999.
This issue isn’t due to misuse, and I cannot accept such an expensive replacement for a defect in the product. I chose Sennheiser for its global reputation and sound quality, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. Paying a premium price for this product has left me full of regret. The earbuds now sit uselessly in their case, a daily reminder of this frustration.
If a product, regardless of quality, cannot be properly serviced, it becomes worthless. Sennheiser’s response, as well as the service from its Turkish representative, is unacceptable. I plan to pursue my consumer rights through the courts. Sennheiser should take immediate responsibility and resolve this issue.
