I bought the seenheiser momentum true wireless 2 headset that I bought in December 2021. After 5-6 months, I started to experience sizzling and breaks related to headphones and requested a change. When Bircom officials told me that they did not have any products and that they could refund money, I did not accept it because I could not buy the same quality headphones instead of the exchange rate that increased in our country. When the Momentum true wireless 3 series came out, when I contacted again, I would like to thank the bircom officials, they did not victimize me by making the change. However, 7 months after the replacement of Momentum true wireless 3 headphones, the left earbud does not work at the moment. This should not be the equivalent of the 5000 TL headset.
