On May 22, 2025, I sent my Sennheiser Momentum 3 True headphones to Bircom technical service in Istanbul. I requested support from the technical service due to a malfunction with the product. However, the service requested documentation to replace or repair the product. I explained that I did not have any invoice or documentation because the headphones were given to me as a gift. Despite this, the product was returned to me on June 16, 2025, without any action taken, due to my inability to provide documentation. The service representatives stated that they could not verify the product's warranty period and offered no solution. My service tracking number is 00683668. I contacted another representative for an alternative solution, but received no response. I request either a replacement or repair of my product. I also request that a solution be offered for products received as gifts and that my grievance be resolved.
