I am writing regarding an issue with my CVwizard subscription and payment. On April 23, 2026, my bank card was charged 78,451 Ugandan shillings as a subscription fee. However, when I log into my CVwizard account using the email address happieampu****@gmail.com, the system shows that I do not have any active subscription.

Because no active plan is on my account, I am unable to cancel the subscription myself, yet my card has still been charged. This creates a serious concern, as it appears there may be a hidden or incorrectly linked subscription that I cannot manage.

I have already contacted CVwizard customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of support has made the situation more frustrating.

I request that any active or hidden subscription linked to my email or payment method be immediately canceled, that all future automatic charges be stopped, and that the full amount of 78,451 Ugandan shillings charged on April 23, 2026, be refunded. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled and the refund has been processed.
